180 years of Leadership
Delta Phi has a long tradition of developing world-class leaders by providing on-campus and national leadership programs for our brothers. As a fraternity our brotherhood has achieved the highest levels of excellence in a wide variety of careers and endeavors, from the ministry to the military, from business, finance and industry, to politics and the arts. Today the Delta Phi Fraternity continues to strive to develop young men into character-based leaders who will thrive on campus and throughout their lives and careers while remaining committed to the values and ideals of Delta Phi.
Delta Phi National Leadership Conference
Every year Delta Phi hosts an annual leadership conference for members and alumni of the Fraternity. These conferences provide opportunities for younger members and senior alumni to share their experiences and discuss the history, traditions, and lessons available to members. In addition, each conference includes several training seminars on issues such as conflict resolution, interview skills, brotherhood development, time management, and character based leadership.
This year’s leadership conference will be held January 9th - January 11th at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich Connecticut. You can register for the event through the Delta Phi Store. The price for undergraduate members is $135.
Alumni are welcome to join us on Saturday, in particular for the afternoon panel discussions and for the Alumni Undergraduate Dinner at 7pm (registration is required for alumni who plan on attending the dinner).
I look forward to seeing you all there! Semper Ubique!
